Some US troops due to leave Afghanistan will be back soon

MANAMA, Bahrain (AP) — Some members of a U.S. Army training brigade scheduled to leave Afghanistan next month will go back soon.
The Army says about 100 soldiers whose mission is to train and advise Afghan forces will return for three weeks in February. Gen. Robert Abrams says the troops will help a new team of advisers learn the terrain as they start their nine-month tour.
