Some Pima County Sheriff’s, Corrections officers to see pay increase

TUCSON – Some Pima County employees are about to see a little more money in their pockets starting this month.
146 sheriff’s deputies and 222 corrections officers will receive a 5% pay increase on this month’s paycheck.
This part of a retention incentive for experienced workers.
This plan was proposed by the Sheriff on May 9, 2018 and was included in adoption of the budget.
The impacted deputies and corrections officers will see the pay increase starting on the January 25th pay
