Silver Alert: Missing CA man believed to be traveling I-10 toward Alabama

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, 90-year-old Herbert Casey Sr. has dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Police think he may be headed east on I-10 through Arizona.
