Silver Alert: Flagstaff woman says missing husband may have dementia

According to the man's wife, Warren D. Sollars has undiagnosed dementia, but he has refused to see a doctor. Sollars left his residence on a red mobility scooter between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Sunday.
