Shamrock Farms issues voluntary recall over allergy concerns

PHOENIX – Phoenix-based Shamrock Farms has issued a voluntary recall for a vanilla milk product because of concerns over nut allergies.

The company issued the recall after its 2 percent reduced-fat vanilla milk in half-gallon cartons tested positive for almonds, an ingredient that’s not listed on the packaging.
According to the company the product was shipped to retail and distributor customers throughout Arizona.
