Serious injury sustained in crash on southwest side

TUCSON – Tucson Police Department officers have responded to the southwest side after a serious-injury collision was reported in the area Friday afternoon.
According to TPD, the collision took place near the intersection of South Midvale Park and West Valencia roads.
Police have not yet released significant details about the incident.
