Scope of judge’s ruling on marriage licenses questioned
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — A judge recently ruled on a federal lawsuit challenging a Virginia law requiring marriage applicants to disclose their race, but the two sides disagree over what the judge’s ruling means.
