SC senator questions benefits analysis of Panthers HQ move

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A state senator says a detailed analysis of an economic incentive bill meant to lure the Carolina Panthers practice fields to South Carolina has left him with more questions.
Democratic state Sen. Dick Harpootlian of Columbia said Wednesday he will continue to object to the bill until he gets answers. He was joined by conservative Republican Sen. Chip Campsen of the Isle of Palms.
