SAN DIEGO (AP) — Jeff Samardzija threw eight innings of five-hit ball and doubled, and Kevin Pillar, Evan Longoria and Austin Slater homered for the San Francisco Giants in a 13-2 rout of the San Diego Padres on Monday night.
