Rural Metro Fire extinguishes house fire on Tucson’s North Side

TUCSON — Rural Metro Fire were called to a house fire on Tucson’s North Side.
Officials say they responded to the scene in the area of Avenida Del Cazador and River, around 6 a.m. Sunday morning.
Crews found smoke and flames coming from the attic of the home. The family and their pets were able to get out of the house safely.

It took around 30 minutes for crews to bring the fire under control.
