Rillito Racetrack gears up for opening weekend

TUCSON – Saturday kicks off the opening weekend at the Rillito Racetrack.
Rillito Park is the birthplace of Quarter Horse racing. It has been in Tucson since 1943 and it is still a popular spot.
Starting Saturday, shows will be running for six straight weekends, but this year’s post time is changing to 30 minutes later.
