Retiring CEO gifts millions to employees

SIERRA VISTA —  Christmas comes early in Sierra Vista Thursday night for employees at Bayada Home Health Care.
“It’s really unexpected, honestly,” Stephanie Ward, an employee said.
The founder of the company, Mark Baiada, gifted $20 million of his own money to his employees around the country as a show of gratitude this holiday season.
In Tucson some employees got a bonus upwards of $7,000. In Sierra Vista, some received more than $3,000.
