PHOENIX (AP) — Arthur H. Rotstein, a retired Associated Press correspondent who covered southern Arizona for nearly 30 years, has died. He was 74. His daughter, Rebekah Rotstein, said he died Monday morning from COVID-19 after being hospitalized in Tucson for 10 days.
