Reports: Phone giant NTT plans to take over, delist Docomo

MITO, Japan (AP) — Shares in Japanese telecoms giant Nippon Telegraph & Telephone, or NTT, have fallen on news it is preparing for a takeover of its mobile phone carrier NTT DoCoMo.
