Rattlesnakes are on the move after a long winter

TUCSON – Now that it is starting to warm up out there, it is important to keep an eye out for rattlesnakes.
According to the Arizona Game and Fish Department, there are 36 species of rattlesnakes and Arizona is home to13 species.
This time of year, rattlesnakes are on the move after being inactive during the winter.
Herpetologists say they are most active at night when they do most of their hunting.
