Raiders wheel and deal then draft Clemson cornerback

ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) — The Oakland Raiders drafted Clemson cornerback Trayvon Mullen with the 40th overall pick after twice trading back in the second round following deals with Jacksonville and Buffalo.
