Rabid bat found on northwest side, two dogs sought

TUCSON – Pima Animal Care Center is on the lookout for two dogs after they may have been exposed to a rabid bat at an apartment complex near Oracle and Magee roads Tuesday.
According to Pima County Officials, a nearby resident saw a person with two dogs off leash outside her home. Shortly after she discovered a bat on the ground. She took the bat to Tucson Wildlife Center where it was euthanized.
