Prosecutors recommend no jail time for cooperative Flynn

WASHINGTON (AP) — The special counsel investigating Russian election interference is recommending no jail time for President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser, retired Gen. Michael Flynn, citing his “substantial” cooperation.
