Police: Suspect dies in gunfire exchange with marshals

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — Authorities say a suspect wanted for the attempted murder of a police officer has died after trading gunfire with the U.S. Marshals Service after a call near West Virginia University.
Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal Alex P. Neville says the shooting occurred shortly after noon Wednesday after they attempted to arrest the suspect.
