Police: Payson 16-year-old girl missing

Payson Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.
Vanessa Mitchell was last seen on July 19 at a home in Payson, police say.
She is described as five-feet-two inches tall, weighs 102 pounds, has hazel eyes, and brown hair sometimes dyed blonde. She also has a small blue anchor tattoo on the side of her foot and a tiny blue square tattoo on her ankle.
