Police investigating shooting across from Park Place Mall

TUCSON — The Tucson Police Department is investigating after a man was shot in the leg in a parking lot across from the Park Place Mall.
According to police, the call came in just after 6:30 Wednesday night.
The victim was standing in the parking lot with other people when a car pulled up.
The suspect got out of the car and shot the victim in the leg. He got back in the car and drove away westbound.
Witnesses say there were other people in the car.
