Police assist Batman in Tennessee manhunt

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WRCB) – Chattanooga’s West Village is a bit safer after a visit from Batman.
Chattanooga Police Officer Daniel Russell was parked outside the Westin on Pine Street last week when he met a little boy dressed as Batman. The five-year-old boy was masked and did not share his name with onlookers.
