Police ask public to help find missing endangered Chandler man

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, 57-year-old Dalyn Moore is described as black, 6-feet tall, about 270 pounds. He is bald and was last seen wearing a white shirt and black slacks. He was last seen in his black Cadillac with AZ license CNA1545.
