Pima County sheriff's SWAT deputy fatally shoots armed man

Authorities say a Pima County SWAT deputy fatally shot an armed man during an encounter when the man came out of a residence following an hours-long barricade situation. The Sheriff's Department says 34-year-old Luis David Flores was shot after he came out of the residence in the Picture Rocks area west of Tucson with a gun in each hand and refused multiple commands to drop the weapons Monday.
