Pima Community College buys another West Drachman motel

Pima Community College has purchased another motel on West Drachman, as expansion continues at their Downtown Campus.
In an email to News 4 Tucson, PCC confirmed the college purchased the Frontier Motel, at 227 West Drachman, between North Stone Avenue and Main Avenue.
According to PCC, the sale on the property closed last month.
The purchase price was $1.35M.
PCC says the Frontier property will become part of their Applied Technology Center of Excellence at Downtown Campus.
