Phoenix police ID 19-year-old man killed in high-speed crash

PHOENIX (AP) — Police in Phoenix have identified a 19-year-old man who died after a car crash involving a minivan. They say Joseph Robles-Romero allegedly was driving his car at a high rate of speed Saturday afternoon when it collided with the minivan carrying five people including three children. Police say Robles-Romero’s car then collided with a brick wall and a palm tree, crushing the passenger’s side of the car. Robles-Romero was pronounced dead at the scene by Phoenix Fir
