Phoenix cops: man arrested in accident that killed passenger
PHOENIX (AP) — Authorities say a 26-year-old man has been arrested after a traffic collision that killed his passenger.
Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson said Friday that Kensley Cody Dayzie was booked into Maricopa County Jail after the accident late Thursday.
He was the driver of a Chevrolet Impala that was westbound on Durango Street at a high rate of speed at about 11:10 p.m. Thursday when the accident occurred.
