Petrochemical developer reaches pact with gas storage firm

CLEVELAND (AP) — A U.S. subsidiary of a Thailand-based company proposing to build a multi-billion dollar petrochemical plant in Ohio says it is nearing an agreement with a company building an underground storage facility for natural gas liquids. PTT Global Chemical America announced the proposed deal with Mountaineer NGL Storage on Wednesday.
