PETA gives 100 vegan meals to Border Action Network

TUCSON –People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) sent over 100 vegan meals to a local nonprofit organization that assists immigrants, after launching their ‘Persuasion Pledge’ campaign for Thanksgiving.
PETA said that for every 100 pledges, they would donate a vegan dinner to the Border Action Network.
Those who took the “pledge,” committed to inspiring others to go vegan by taking vegan dishes to holiday gathering or hosting their own animal-free feasts.
