Penn St’s Rahne takes responsibility for failed 4th-and-5

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Penn State offensive coordinator Ricky Rahne is taking responsibility for calling the failed fourth-and-5 running play on the final drive against Ohio State, saying he didn’t give the players the best chance to succeed.
