Peatling, Hunt lead Eastern Washington past Montana 78-71

CHENEY, Wash. (AP) — Mason Peatling tossed in 17 points to lead five players in double figures and Jesse Hunt grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds — nearly half of Eastern Washington’s total — as the Eagles defeated Montana 78-71 on Thursday night.
Peatling made 6 of 8 shots and added three steals for the Eagles (4-12, 2-3 Big Sky Conference), while Hunt’s effort for EWU on the boards left the Grizzlies (10-6, 3-2) with only a 32-31 rebound advantage. Tyler Kidd finish
