PCSD on the lookout for missing inmate

TUCSON – Pima County Sheriff’s Department and Tucson Police Department are on the lookout for a missing inmate after he was reported to be seen in the area near 29th Street and Silverlake Road.According to PCSD, 30-year-old Luis Moreno left through the back dock outside of the kitchen of the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. Authorities say he was last seen traveling on foot towards a wash near the detention complex wearing a red shirt and red pa
