PCSD identifies twins found dead in northwest side home

TUCSON – The grandmother of the two children found dead at a northwest side residence Thursday has been arrested for first-degree murder, court documents revealed Friday.
According to Pima County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a residence in the 2400 block of W.
