Pathway to Purchase program says they had successful relaunch

TUCSON –The Pathway to Purchase (P2P) program assisted more than 1,000 individuals purchase homes in the Tucson area in 2016-17.
P2P is a program that “provides down-payment and closing costs assistance to prospective homebuyers.”  The program is run by the Industrial Development Authorities of the City of Tucson and the County of Pima partnered with the Arizona of Housing to work on this project.
