PACC takes in more than 200 pets over July 4 weekend

TUCSON – Despite holding a free microchip clinic and advising the community about fireworks safety tips for pets, Pima Animal Care Center took in about 211 new pets after the Fourth of July.
On Friday, the shelter opened up to take in lost animals. Nikki Reck with PACC said that if you find a lost pet, check the collar and if there is no contact information, take them to PACC to be scanned for a microchip.
Come and get your lost pup! They miss you!
