PACC forms animal hoarding task force

TUCSON - The Pima Animal Care Center has started an animal hoarding task force along with the county health department and other local organizations to combat the growing issue of hoarding in the area.The number of cases this year is already at 11 and they are on track to pass the 37 that they had in 2019.
According to PACC, many of these cases happen to people who become unintentionally overwhelmed by the number of pets they have.
