TUCSON (KVOA) -  Dr. Deborah Birx has been the coordinator of the White House COVID-19 task force since March.Birx is touring colleges and universities that have opened amid the pandemic.On Friday she landed in Arizona and met with University of Arizona President Robert Robbins, faculty, staff and students.Almost 1,400 people at UA have tested positive for the virus since just after Labor Day, resulting in an 11 percent positivity rate.Birx lauded UA&rs
