Officials urge caution as washes start to overflow

TUCSON- Overflowing washes, rivers or creeks can make for dangerous situations. That has officials warning residents to use caution.
“[With] running waters, there are going to be slippery rocks and the water is actually cold,” said Rural Metro Battalion Chief John Walka. “We know a lot of young people want to go into these waters, but be aware.”
