Non-partisan group seeks to recall Gov. Ducey over efforts combatting COVID-19

PHOENIX (KVOA) - Gov. Doug Ducey is facing another effort to remove him from office after an Arizona group formally filed a recall petition with Secretary of State Katie Hobbs on Friday.
