A neo-natal kitten nursery has opened at a Wisconsin pet sanctuary.
Safe Haven owner, Elizabeth Feldhausen, says she dreamed of the nursery but thought it would never come to fruition.
But now, kittens like Ethel and Lucy are getting the TLC they need to get healthy.
