Neighbors upset over communication tower

TUCSON – Residents in one Foothills neighborhood are not happy with the construction of a nearby communication tower.
The tower, located near Kolb and Sunrise, will resemble a palm tree when it’s finished. The tower previously up in that location resembled a saguaro cactus.
John Drinkwater said he and his neighbors were kept out of the loop about the construction.
