National Weather: Passengers stranded on train for 35+ hours; Interstates shut down
An Amtrak train with nearly 200 passengers finally began moving Tuesday morning after being stranded in Oregon for more than 40 hours after Winter Storm Ryan dumped heavy snow on the Pacific Northwest.
The train was moving very slowly, with frequent stoppages as it made its way to Eugene, Oregon.
