Multiple swift water rescues reported as monsoon slams Southern Arizona

TUCSON (KVOA) - With the Monsoon rain hitting Tucson, first-responders were out in full force around Southern Arizona Thursday conducting swift water rescues.According to Tucson Fire Department, the department responded to multiple swift water rescues Thursday morning.One of those incidents, which occurred at the Rillito River north of Tucson Mall, required the response of multiple agencies.
