Motion filed after plea agreement reportedly reached in case against Nogales BP agent

TUCSON – A plea agreement appears to have been reached Thursday in the case of Matthew Bowen, the Border Patrol agent accused of depriving a migrant of his rights under the color of law and falsifying records after he reportedly struck the fleeing migrant with his patrol vehicle in 2017.
