Mothers in Arizona Moving Ahead (MAMA) showcase

TUCSON – Mothers in Arizona Moving Ahead (MAMA) is helping low-income mothers build better physical and financial futures for themselves.
They’re featured in an open-house style showcase Thursday, October 25th, from noon to 5 p.m. Its happening at the Abrams Public Health Center, at 3950 S. Country Club Rd.
Mothers attend “Getting Ahead” classes, where  they explore the impact of poverty on themselves, their families, communities, and assess their own resources.
