STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (AP) — Vado Morse scored a career-best 20 points as Mount St. Mary’s posted its first conference win, beating Wagner 70-56 on Saturday.
Damian Chong Qui added 12 points and four assists for the Mountaineers (4-14, 1-4 Northeast Conference), who snapped a five-game skid. Omar Habwe added 10 points and five rebounds. Jalen Gibbs led the team with six rebounds in addition to his five points.
