Mistrial declared in first Twin Peaks shootout trial

The jury in the first Twin Peaks trial sent the judge a note after 11 a.m. on Friday stating members had reached a unanimous decision on one count, but they were still deadlocked on two others. This after they resumed deliberations at 9 a.m. on Friday.
