Mexican Mafia member arrested by Border Patrol

EAGLE PASS, TEXAS -A Mexican Mafia member was arrested during a failed human smuggling attempt on Oct. 2nd.
Border Patrol agent, working with Maverick County Sheriff’s deputies on a traffic stop in Eagle Pass, Texas, discovered three illegal aliens concealed in the back seat of the vehicle.
The driver, identified as Juan Alberto Garcia, 39, is a self-admitted member of the Mexican Mafia and has an extensive criminal history.
