Man wanted for kidnapping, sexual assault in Mexico arrested in Douglas

DOUGLAS, Ariz. (KVOA) - A man wanted by Mexican authorities was arrested Monday in Douglas.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the 24-year-old Mexican national is wanted for two counts of kidnapping and the sexual assault of two girls in Chiapas.
The suspect was encountered and arrested by agents with the Tucson Sector near the Douglas Municipal Airport.
CBP says the warrant says "the man kidnapped and held for ransom four people, including three minor females".
