Man convicted of 2nd-degree murder, attempted murder in 2018 case

TUCSON – A Tucson man has been convicted for shooting his ex-girlfriend and killing her best friend in 2018.
According to Pima County Attorney's Office, Daniel Miller is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 13 after being found guilty of second-degree murder and attempted murder.
Police say Heather White was shot in the head by Miller in June 2018. White’s best friend, Michael Grove, was also fatally wounded in the shooting.
